Alex Bakken
Alex started 100% Safety Inc. in 2018 after working extensively in Health and Safety on major projects in oil and gas, construction and pipelines. Seeing safety become monotonous and compliance based, she wanted to do something different, inspiring people to embrace safety as something they want to strive for, not just a function that has to be done.
By creating clean, concise content that is current to legislative requirements while keeping programs easy to understand and affordable, Alex has helped many companies of all sizes and industries foster a better understanding of OH&S to create and achieve their individual health and safety goals.
